It’s that point after you’ve reached that weight loss goal you’ve set for yourself and you think, “Well. What now?” Hitting the maintenance phase of weight loss feels a lot like after you open all your gifts on Christmas – there is a lot of excitement but you don't know what to do or where to start. You think, "How do I maintain the healthy body I've earned for myself without that specific goal?"
