Pat Fiducia is Chief Operating Officer of CalorieKing Publications. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with a specialty in weight management.

If you have difficulty saying no, especially, when people offer you food, you are not alone. It’s a problem for many people.
